Our take

A New Jersey company (Vaghasia Group, since 2003) that is one of the few budget hosts still selling Windows shared hosting with Plesk and MSSQL, alongside cPanel Linux plans from $1.99 and self-managed VPS from about $5. It publishes renewal grids for the shared lines, which we credit — and those grids show most intro prices renewing at 2.5–2.9×, contradict the blog's 'renews at the same price' claim for two of Bootstrap++'s three billing cycles, and stop entirely at VPS, dedicated and reseller. The terms carry an early-termination fee equal to the rest of the term. Fine for a Windows site or a cheap test VPS; read the grid, not the card.

Best for

Windows hosting and cheap VPS, US-based since 2003

Starting price

from $2.79/mo Bootstrap++, 36-month prepay ($5.79 month-to-month per the store; $3.79 yearly per the blog) renews at $2.79/mo Verified September 2026 The 36-month Bootstrap++ figure ($2.79 renewing at $2.79) agrees across the pricing page, the Linux plan page's renewal grid and the launch blog, so we list it. The monthly and yearly cycles do NOT agree: the blog says $5.79 and $3.79 renew at the same price, the Linux page's own renewal grid says Monthly $7.99 / Yearly $3.49, and the store lists $5.79 monthly. Budget is $1.99 renewing at $1.99 everywhere (1 site, no backups or migration). Everything else is a 36-month intro promo with a published higher renewal: Premium++ $3.99 → $9.99, Enterprise Pro++ $5.99 → $13.99, WordPress Basic++ $1.99 → $3.99, Windows Beginner++ $3.49 → $4.99 (regular $6.99 monthly). VPS (Linux Edge $4.95 promo vs $15.99 store standard), Windows VPS, dedicated (from $103, or $105 on the same homepage) and reseller publish no renewal price; the terms say discounts 'apply only during the initial Term... and do not renew'. Cart not verifiable (order form loops on the domain step).

## Pros

- Windows shared hosting with Plesk, MSSQL and dedicated app pools from $3.49/mo — rare at this price
- Renewal grids published on the shared, Windows and WordPress pages; Budget ($1.99) and Bootstrap++ 36-month ($2.79) renew at the same price
- 24/7 chat and ticket support with phone Monday–Saturday; free cPanel-to-cPanel migration on Bootstrap++ and Premium++

## Cons

- Most intro prices are 36-month promos renewing at 2.5–2.9× (Premium++ $3.99 → $9.99); VPS, dedicated and reseller publish no renewal price at all
- Terms impose an early-termination fee for the balance of a discounted term and require a 30-day non-renewal notice, against 'cancel anytime' marketing; servers sit in partner data centres

## AccuWebHosting, beyond the scorecard

Plan details as published on accuwebhosting.com, its WHMCS store and knowledge base at manage.accuwebhosting.com, and its terms of service, September 28, 2026 — verify with the vendor before you buy. Marketing prices are the 36-month rate unless stated.

### Plans, as published

Linux shared (cPanel, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed) in three tiers plus a starter: Budget $1.99/mo (1 site, 10 GB, 25 GB bandwidth, 25 mailboxes, no daily backup or migration, USA only), Bootstrap++ $2.79/mo on a 36-month term (100 sites, 25 GB, 750 GB, 1 vCPU / 1 GB guaranteed, 150 mailboxes, free domain on annual-or-longer, daily backups, free migration, CDN), Premium++ $3.99 (unlimited sites, 75 GB, 1 TB, 2 vCPU / 1.5 GB) and Enterprise Pro++ $5.99 (100 GB, 1.5 TB, dedicated IP on annual billing). Locations for Linux shared: Denver, Dallas, London, Singapore, Frankfurt, Sydney, Mumbai. WordPress hosting is the same stack in four tiers from $1.99 (Basic++) to $6.99 (Advanced++) on 36 months. Windows shared (Plesk, Windows Server 2022, MSSQL 2019 Standard) is Denver-only: Beginner++ $3.49, Professional++ $8.99, Turbo++ $13.99 on 36 months, with dedicated application pools and 30-day money-back.

Self-managed VPS: Linux Edge $4.95/mo promo (4 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 50 GB, 250 GB transfer) to Supreme $19.95 (32 GB, 4 vCPU), against store standard rates of $15.99 to $127.99; the discount and free backups apply to Denver, New York and Hyderabad. Windows VPS (Hyper-V, SolidCP, licence included) Opal $6.33 to Mellite $79.99 promo, $8.99 to $159.99 standard; Plesk $18 to $50 extra; managed add-on $12.96/mo. Forex VPS from $7.99 promo ($15 per the page FAQ). Dedicated servers 'from $103' (the homepage also says $105) in partner-owned Denver, Germany and Singapore facilities, delivered in 2 to 15 days. Reseller (WHM/cPanel) Bronze $11.99 to Platinum $97.99; Windows reseller from $29.99. A separate cloud brand, accuweb.cloud, sells hourly-billed managed cloud from $4.99/mo. Support is 24/7 by live chat and ticket, phone Monday to Saturday.

### The renewal math

AccuWeb publishes renewal grids for the shared, Windows and WordPress lines, which most budget hosts do not, and we credit that. What the grids show: Budget renews at $1.99 on every page; Bootstrap++ renews at $2.79 on the 36-month term; Premium++ $3.99 → $9.99 (2.5×), Enterprise Pro++ $5.99 → $13.99, WordPress Basic++ $1.99 → $3.99, Startup++ $2.99 → $6.99, Professional++ $3.99 → $9.99, Windows Beginner++ $3.49 → $4.99 (36-month) or $6.99 monthly, Professional++ $8.99 → $14.99, Turbo++ $13.99 → $24.99. The WordPress page footnote is the honest summary: 'Introductory pricing is valid only for the first purchase term. Renewal pricing for the product may change.'

Where the site disagrees with itself: the Bootstrap++ launch blog says all three cycles 'renew at the same price' ($5.79 monthly, $3.79 yearly, $2.79 three-year), while the Linux plan page's renewal grid prices monthly renewal at $7.99 and yearly at $3.49, and the store lists $5.79 monthly — only the 36-month figure matches everywhere. The Linux features-comparison page still sells the retired GoSolo++ at $2.49 renewing at $6.99. And for VPS, dedicated, reseller and cloud there is no renewal figure at all; the only signal is the store's undiscounted rate (VPS Edge $15.99 versus the $4.95 promo) and the terms: 'Discounts apply only during the initial Term of the Services, and do not renew.' We list those lines as not verified.

Renewal figures come from our Hosting Renewal Price Index (https://digitalhosting.com/articles/hosting-renewal-prices) — intro vs renewal pricing for every provider we cover, verified on vendor sites and dated.

### Choose AccuWebHosting if

- Sites that need Windows hosting — Plesk, MSSQL, ASP.NET — at shared-hosting prices
- Developers who want a cheap self-managed Linux or Windows VPS in Denver or New York and can live without a renewal guarantee
- Budget buyers who will take the 36-month Bootstrap++ at $2.79 knowing it renews at $2.79

### Look elsewhere if

- Anyone who may cancel before a discounted term ends — the terms charge the balance of the term as an early-termination fee
- High-traffic or file-heavy sites on shared plans — visit ceilings (100k to 500k per month), I/O caps, 200k to 300k inodes and a 10% resource rule
- Buyers who want the intro price to be the price — most tiers renew at 2.5 to 2.9× on the same 36-month term

### Migration notes

Inbound: free cPanel-to-cPanel migration on Bootstrap++ and Premium++ (not Budget) by ticket, and free Windows migration on the Plesk plans; WordPress sites are migrated free on all tiers. VPS: up to 10 cPanel or Plesk accounts free, other panels up to two hours free, then $30 per hour; SolidCP moves are manual and skip email. Dedicated: three hours free, then $30 per hour. Outbound: nothing offered, and the terms say that on termination AccuWeb 'is not required to maintain any of your data' — take a full cPanel backup first. Cancellation is by written notice that AccuWeb must acknowledge within five business days or it does not take effect; non-renewal needs 30 days' notice; a discounted term cancelled early is charged in full.

### Honest limitations

Money-back: 30 days on Linux shared, Windows shared, reseller and CDN; 7 days on VPS (base price only, add-ons excluded); none on dedicated servers, domains, SSL or setup fees; no pro-rated refunds. The uptime SLA promises 99.9% but the credit table starts below 99% (one day's credit at 97 to 99%), so a month at 99.5% earns nothing. Fair use on shared plans: 200,000 to 300,000 inodes (the terms say 250,000), 500 outbound emails per hour per domain on Linux (100 on Budget) and 200 on Windows, no forwarding to Gmail, Hotmail, AOL or Comcast addresses, cron jobs at most three times a day, a 10% system-resource rule, bandwidth overage charges, and no credit-card data on shared or reseller hosting. Fees in the terms: $50 reinstatement after suspension, 1.5% monthly interest, $200 and $400 spam administration fees, $30 OS reinstalls when frequent. Marketing figures wander: '1M+ websites', '101K+ customers', '55,000 accounts' and '9,000 Linux clients' all appear on vendor pages; the dedicated page says $103 where the homepage says $105; the Windows VPS title says 'from $2.99' where the cheapest card is $6.33; managed support is 'five hours a month' on one page and 'two hours' on another. Servers are 'built on-site at our partner-owned data center'; most non-US test addresses sit in Amazon-registered ranges, which the site does not say.
